The Architectural Review Committee received request from
homeowner Will Bingham, 6348 Birmingham Ave. to install
4" white picket fencing-on south side of home. See attached
survey of property line and brochu�e of fence selected.
The fence will enclose the side yarci with exit gate to rear
driveway. Fence permit will be issued by City of
Zephyrhills Building Dept. and posted on property.
ARC members Lance Smith, Norma Hammond, Tom Buckridge,
and Bella Marsico reviewed and approved ARC request by
