6. All underground crossing installations shall be laid at sucl�depth as may be specified by the City Buildine Official.
7. The sketch covering the details of tl�is installation sl all be made a part of this permit.This permit is granted with the understanding that the
applicant has notified all other utilitp users in the area covered by the permit•rnd takes full responsibility for any damage incurred by prior installations as a
result of his operotions in order that they may safe guard their int resls.
8. It is expressly stipulated that this permit is a license for permissive use only und thal the placing of facilities upon public property pursuant to
this permit shall not operate to create or to vest any property righl io said holder.
9. Whenever the City decides to further exploit the CJty Riehts of Way,any or all said poles,�vires,pipes,cables,or other facitities and
appurtenances authorized hereundeq shall be immediately remoi�ed from said Rights of Way,or reset or relocated thereon as required by the City Buildine
O�cial at the expense of the holder of this permit.
I0.The holder shali save and keep the City harmless f�om any and all damages,claims,or injuries that may occur b��reason of the construction,
maintenance,and operntion of said facility.
1 L The holder shall complete thc requested work w�tlun 6� days or this permit shall become null and void.In the event the work
requested is not completed upon the espiration date of this permi�,the City shall have the right ro complete such work and to charge the holder of ihe permit
for all costs incurred in completing said work.
l2.The holder shall post a cash or surety bo�nd with the City Manager in the sum of S dollars to suarantee performance of the
obiigations herein,and to guaran[ee maintenunce of lhe right-of-}vay described herein for n period of one(1)year following comptetion of the requested
installation.In the event a surety bond is posted,lhe surety bond�Chall be madc payable to lhe City and shall obligate the surety to hold the City harmtess in
the evenl the holder of this permi[should Paii to meet any of its obligations hereunder.The bond shall also indemni(y the City for all court costs and
