For the self adhered membranes roll or broom the entire membrane surface so as to have 100% contact with the base sheet,giving special attention to overlap areas. 15. Flash vent pipes, stacks, chimneys and penetrations in compliance with Roof Assembly current Product Control Notice of Acceptance and applicable Building Code. 16. All protrusions or drains shall be initially taped with a 6" piece of approved Tamko Underlayment. The flashing tapa shall be pressed in place and formed around the protrusion to ensure a tight fit. A second layer of the same Tamko Underlayment shall be applied over the taped underlayment. 17.
