Unless otherwise noted in this agreement,the price quoted does not include removing or replacing fascia, trim, sheathing, rafters, structural mernbers, siding,masonry, vents, roofing, caulking, metal- edging or flashing af any type. If,during the course of work, it should becorne apparent that any such portions of the structure should be repaired or repiaced,Custamer may autharize Contraetor to do such additianal wark far an extra charge. Contractor and Customer are committed to acting promptly so tt�at roof leaks are not a souree of patential interior mold grawth.Customer will make periodic inspections for signs of water intrusion and act piomptly,including notice to Contractor if Customer believes there are roof Ieaks,to canect the candition.Upon receiving notice,Contractor wiII make repairs promptly so that water entry through the roafing instailed by Contraetor is not a saurce of moisture.Contractor is no�responsible for indoar air quality. Customer sha21 hatd harmless and indemnify Contractor from claims arising out of or relating io prope�rty damage,persanal injury,iliness,aliergic reactions,disease and!or death resulting from tha occurrence or exposure to mold,mildew,fu�ngi,spores,and/or any ather hazardous chemical or biological agents. If a dispute shall arise between Contractor and Customer with respect to any matters or questions arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach thereof,such dispute,ather than colIection matters which may be handIed through arbitration or normal collection procedures, shalI be decided 6y arbitration administered by and in accordancei with the Construction Industry Arbitration RuIes of the American Arbitration Association and must be initiated within the appiicable statute of limitations.
