All proposals are based upon cash/check pricing unless othervuise noted.A 5%processing fee will be added to ail credit card orders.Additional financing charges �

There is a$35.00 N.S.F Fee for all returned checks. In the event of collection,debtor is to pay all attorney's fees,costs and expense incurred therein regardless af
whether Final Judgement is rendered.These terms and condifions will be enforcad.
Hydraulic Dump Trailers will remain on site until all work is complete.If hameowner requires the Dump Trailer to be relocated or removed before the completion of
the work there wi31 be an additional charge af$195.00 per move added to the confrac#price.
All paperwork(Permit,Notice of Commencement,Photagraphs and all a�davits)posted at job site must remain outside and accessible to the building inspector to
allow for signoff of all inspections.If paperwark is remaved befare all inspections have 6een completed there will be a$10d.04 re-inspecEion fee assessed to the
property owner
A 20°la Restacking Fee will be charged on ail cancelled signed contracts.
