AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL O' THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION,
ADOPTING AN AMENDED BUDGET FOR THE 2008-2009 FISCAL
YEAR. o N�
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, adopted a budget for
the 2008-2009 fiscal year for the municipality of the City of Zephyrhills on September 22, 200 ,
by Ordinance No. 1026-08 in the amount of Forty-Two Million Two Hundred Eighty-Ni e
Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollars and no cents ($42,289,887.00).

WHEREAS,--the- City Council -of the-- City of Zephyrhills, Florida has --adopted ! o�
amendments to the budget for the 2008-2009 fiscal year for the municipality of the City of a Zephyrhills with the amended budget totaling Forty Million' Nine Hundred Ninety-Tw 0
Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars and no cents (40,992,682.00).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida has concluded th
Public Hearing and considered all comments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Zephyrhills, Florida, sitting in regular session that:

1. The proposed amended budget for 2008-2009 fiscal year for the municipality f
the City of Zephyrhills is hereby adopted in the amount of Forty Million Nine Hundred Nine -
Two Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars and no cents (40,992,682.00). �^'r
2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of the second reading an 1
