AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 986-07, ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 8,
2007; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida, conducted a duly advertised
public hearing on October 8, 2007; and
WHEREAS, in said public hearing,pursuant to requisite notice recuired by law,the Council
considered adopting an ordinance concerning installation of automatic fire sprinklers and/or
standpipe system in commercial or multi-family occupancies.

WHEREAS, said ordinance was adopted as No. 986-07; and OR B 8 V 1 l PG 37
WHEREAS, the Council voted in a public meeting to conduct a public hearing to consider
repealing said ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida that:
1. Ordinance No. 986-07 adopted by the City Council, is hereby repealed.
2. The repeal shall be effective beginning the 25th day of ugust, 2009.
