AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A BUDGET
FOR THE 2009-2010 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida,adopted a tentative budget the
amount of Thirty-Nine Million One Hundred Forty-One Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Five D liars
and no cents ($39,141,425.00).
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida has scheduled a Public Hearing
and timely advertised,according to law,a Public Hearing on the budget rate for the purpose of receiving
input from the general public and the purpose of answering any and all questions prior to the adopt'on of
any measure by this governing body pertaining thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida has concluded the 1 ublic
Hearing and considered all comments.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Fl rida,
sitting in regular session that:
The proposed budget for the 2009-2010 fiscal year for the municipality of the City of Zeph hills
is hereby adopted in the amount of Thirty-Nine Million One Hundred Forty-One
Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars and no cents ($39,141,425.00).
This Ordinance shall become effective upon passage on the second reading and signing b y the
