AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A BUDGET
FOR THE 2010-2011 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida,adopted a tentative budg9 in the
amount of Forty-Six Million Sixty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars and no cents

($46,068,293.00).
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida has scheduled a Public H aring
and timely advertised,according to law,a Public Hearing orii the budget rate for the purpose of reciving
input from the general public and the purpose of answering any and all questions prior to the adop ion of
any measure by this governing body pertaining thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida has concluded the ublic
Hearing and considered all comments.
NOW THEREFOREBEIT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,F orida,
sitting in regular session that:
The proposed budget for the 2010-2011 fiscal year folr the municipality.of the City of Zephyrhills
is hereby adopted in the amount of Forty-Six Million Sixty-Eight Thousand Two H ndred
Ninety-Three Dollars and no cents ($46,068,293.00).
This Ordinance shall become effective upon passage on the second reading and signing y the
