ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO
BE INCLUDED .. WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF._ SAID CITY

WHEREAS, James and Lila Crandell are the present owiers of the lands-hereinaftei descb d
in Section 1, below, and have requested and consentel to the annexation by,-7 e•City 9f !_ o
Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1 below• and
WHEREAS, the City is authorized by Chapter 171 Florida �- r p Statutes, to1,innex conti ous d w 9*
infill areas, and to extend the City limits upon receipt o f written consent of the' ands owners t 3
together with the approval of the City Council after notice nd public hearing; and

consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and Land D� velopmerit Regulations:..,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED, AND ORD4JNED BY THE C1' .COUNCIi
OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,FLORIDA,AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1: The following described lands, lying and be g,situated m PasGp,county;to wit:
Parcel I.D.No. 23-26-21-0020-08100-0010 and 23-26-21-0020-08200-0000
Legal Description: Tract 81 in Section 23, Township 24 South,.Range` 21 East, Zephyrhil}s
Colony Company Lands, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records f
Pasco County,Florida,-as to Tract 96, and that part of Tr4 t 82, lying east of State Road 39.
Section 23, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, Zephyrhills Colony Company.Lands, accordi g
to map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 5 , Public Records of Pasco Coun ,
Florida.
4.95 acres m.o.l.
and
the adjacent right-of-way of State Road 39 (Paul S. Buchnan Highway) from the most souther y
contiguous point of the,above property to extend northwest 3,720 ft.
the same are hereby annexed to and included within the toundaries of the:.City of Zephyrhill ,
Florida, a municipal corporation.
SECTION 2: Said lands are contiguous to or are infill o the present City limits of the City 9f
Zephyrhills. That said lands are now unincorporated and lie in the same County as said City, aid
when annexed would form a compact addition to the incdrporated territory 'of said City. Th t
owners-of said lands contained..in said area to be annexed have given written consent to ha'e
such annexation for said area.
• I - SECTION 3: 'The City of Zephyrhills, Florida is authorized by the legislature of the State f
Florida, pursuant to Section 177.044, Florida Statutes, and pursuant to the Charter of the City f
Zephyrhills, to annex contiguous and infill areas and to extend the City limits or territori 1
boundaries upon receipt of,a written consent of all owne of land contained in the area to e
annexed, together with- the approval of the City Counci of the City of Zephyrhills, of sai
annexation duly expressed by Ordinance.
SECTION 4: It is the intention of the City Council of the-----
