NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACETED AND ORDANIED BY THE CITY C OUNCI L OF-ZEPHYRILLS,FLORIDA,AS FOLLOWS: . SECTION 1: The above Whereas clauses are hereby adoj ted and incorporated herein. SECTION 2: The following described lands, lying and befg situated in Pasco County,to wit: Legal Description: Tract 81 in Section 23, Township 2 South, Range 21 East, Zephyrhi s Colony Company Lands, as per plat thereof recorded in P1 it Book 1, Page 55, Public Records f Pasco County, Florida, less portion included in State Roa right-of-way, as to Tract 96, and that part of Tract 82, lying east of State Road 39. Applicant shall obtain a City occupational license 2. Applicant shall secure a fire department review of the property 3. Future development/redevelopment shall require the submittal of a site plan that complies with City ordinances and regulations and Pasco County right-of-way preservation map SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. SECTION 4: That. if any section, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance is held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, then said holding shall in no way affect the.validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. SECTION 5: This ordinance shall take effect as provided in the City Charter and Chapter 163, Florida Statutes.
