AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR
THE 2011-2012 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida,adopted a tentative budg t R z
in the amount of Forty-Seven Million Five Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Sixty-Eight Dollars and
no cents ($47,525,068.00).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida has scheduled a Publi i
Hearing and timely advertised,accordingto law,a Public He .ring on the budget rate for the purpos�
of receiving input from the general public and the purpose of answering any and all questions prior t o
the adoption of any measure by this governing body pertain g thereto; and
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida has concluded the Publi
Hearing and considered all comments.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills
Florida, sitting in regular session that:
1_. The proposed budget for the 2011-2012 fiscal year for the municipality of the City o
Zephyrhills is hereby adopted in the amount of Forty-Seven Million Five Hundre
Twenty-Five Thousand Sixty-Eight Dollars and no cents ($47,525,068.00).
