I � Further, you were issued a "stop work"order from fhe City of Zephyrhills Building i Department which requesfed a structural engineer fo design a foundation repair plan. � iWhile at fhe site 1 observed numerous improperly constructed piers (i.e, leaning dry- � sfacked brick, temporary wood piers and/or improperly stacked block piers). � Attached is a properly constructed dry-stack pier detail so that you can replace the ; inadequately construcfed piers, as needed.
