TRANSPORTATIQN IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: 7he undersigned understands
that Transpo�tatian Impac# Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the construction af new buildings, change af
use in existing buildings, or expansian of existing buildings, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number $9-07 and
90-07, as amended. The undersigned also understands, tha#such fees, as may be due, will be identified at the time af
permifting. It is further understood that Transportation Impact Fees and Resource Recovery Fees must be paid priar to
receiving a "certificate af occupancy" or final power release. !f the project does no# involve a certificate of accupancy or
final pawer release, fhe fees must be paid prior to permit issuance. Furthermare, if Pasco Coun#y WaterJSewer Impact
fees are dus, they must be paid prior to permit issuance in accordance with applicable Pasco County ordinances.

permit issued shall be constru�d to be a license to proceed with the work and not as authority to vialate, cancel, alter, or
set aside any provisians of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a perrrlit prevent the Building C3fficia!from thereafter
requiring a correction of errors in plans, construc#ian or violatians of any codes. Every permi# issued shall become invalid
unless the work authorized by such permit is commenced within six months af permit issuanee, or if work authorized by
the permit is suspended or abandoned for a periad of six(6} months after the time the work is commenced. An extension
may be requested, in writing, from the Building fJfficial for a period not ta exceed ninety (90) days and will demonstrate
justifiable cause for the extension. If wark ceases far ninety{90)consecutive days,the job is considered abandoned.
