3. Re-nail Wood deck with 2-3/8" Galvanized 8D Ring Shank nails along all Trusses/beams/rafters as
per latest code.
4. Replace damaged/rotted Solid wood decking,raffers, beams and/or fascia boards where
needed<The first 100 lineal feet are included in this price;any additional wood will be charged
separately at$3 per lineal foot>.
5. Install 1 layer of a<Self-Adhering Polymer modified-bitumen roofing underlaymenfi applied directly
to the wood sheathing>to qualify as d Secondary Water Resistance/Barrier applied as a
