AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA AMENDING SECTION 30.060(B)(2),
"COMPOSITION; POWERS AND DUTIES GENERALLY"
(CONSTRUCTION CODE ENFORCEMENT/LICENSING BOARD), OF
THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS CODE OF ORDINANCES; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Rcpt:1586771 Rec: 10.00

WHEREAS, the voters of the City of Zephyrhills passed a referendum on April 9, 201
extending the terms of the Mayor, and City Council Members; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to match the terms and appointment dates of th
Construction Code Enforcement/Licensing Board to their terms; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to update the organization of the Construction Cod
Enforcement/Licensing Board to update the appointment process and to clarify the name an
function of this Board.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED, AND ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCI
OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,FLORIDA, THAT:
SECTION 1: the City of Zephyrhills Code of Ordinances, Section 3.132, "COMPOSITIO
POWERS AND DUTIES GENERALLY" shall be amended to read as follows:
30.060 COMPOSITION; OFFICERS; POWERS AND DUTIES GENERALLY;
(1) (3) A quorum shall be present or any official action. A quorum shall consist f
fear three members. Meetings shall be held at such times as the Construction Cod
Enforcement/Licensing Board may determine, but at least four times per year.
SECTION 2.: This Ordinance shall become effective upon passage on the second reading an
