AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION,
ADOPTING AN AMENDED BUDGET FOR THE 2013-2014 FISCAL
YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, adopted a budget fo
the 2013-2014 fiscal year for the municipality of the City of Zephyrhills on September 30, 2013
by Ordinance No. 1215-13 in the amount of Fifty-Seven Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Fou
Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Dollars ($57,884,730).
WHEREAS, the City Council-of-the-City of Zephyrhills, Florida-has -concluded-th -
Public Hearing and considered all comments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the ,City Council of the City o
Zephyrhills, Florida, sitting in regular session that:
1. The proposed amended budget for 2013-2014 fiscal year for the municipality o
the City of Zephyrhills is hereby adopted in the amount of Fifty-Eight Million One Hundred On
Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Three Dollars and no cents ($58,101,283.00).
2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of the second reading an
signing by the Mayor.
