AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE 2014-2015
FISCAL YEAR.

WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida,adopted a tentative budg t
in the amount of Fifty-Four Million One Hundred Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Two Doll s m w
($54,100,782).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida has scheduled a Pub! c ' M

Hearing and timely advertised,according to law,a Public Hearing on the budget rate for the purpo e ; •
of receiving input from the general public and the purpose of answering any and all questions prior o .
the adoption of any measure by this governing body pertaining thereto; and
WHEREAS,'the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida has concluded the Publ c
Hearing"and considered all comments.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhill ,
Florida, sitting.in regular session that:
1. The proposed'budget for the 2014-2015 fiscal year for the municipality of the City f • o N z
Zephyrhills is hereby adopted in the amount of Fifty-Four.Million One Hundr d o
Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars ($54,100,782.00) and No Cents p r
