A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 540-04
ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL MANAGEMENT
POLICY.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the City and it
residents to amend the existing Fiscal Management Policy and Procedures Manual; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 540-04 shall remain intact and Section 1000- Grant Reimbursement
shall be added as a new section; and
WHEREAS, the new revised Fiscal Management Policy and Procedures Manual is attache
hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills
Florida, as follows:
1. The revised City of Zephyrhills Fiscal Management Policy and Procedures Manua
attached hereto is hereby adopted as the written expression of policies for fiscal management
matters for the City of Zephyrhills.
2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon approval by the City Counci
and signing by the Mayor.
