A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA VACATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY WITHIN
MEADOWOOD ESTATES SUBDIVISION RECORED IN BOOK 15,
PAGE 106,PASCO COUNTY.
WHEREAS,pursuant to Section 7.03.02.03 of the City of Zephyrhills Land Developme
Code, Vacation of Right-of-Ways;
WHEREAS, the Fire Lanes are being used by private individual as a shortcut to Tucke
Rd.;
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that vacation would not jeopardize the current o
future location of any utility;
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the vacation is not detrimental to the publi
interest, and provides a positive benefit to the City of Zephyrhills.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT
OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills hereby vacates th
following Right-of-Ways attached as Exhibit"A".
Section 2.,....._.-,That is Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
