A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF AN
APPLICATION FOR THE SMALL CITIES COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT TO THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT
OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS FOR FEDERAL FISCAL YEAR 2010.
WHEREAS, the City of Zephyrhills desires to submit an application to the Florida Departme t
of Community Affairs for a Small Cities Community Development Block Grant to benet t
persons of low and moderate income.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills s
follows:
1. That the City of Zephyrhills hereby authorizes the filing of an application for a Neighborhood
Revitalization Community Development Block Grant, and
2. That the Mayor of the City of Zephyrhills is hereby authorized to execute all documen s
required in connection with the filing of said application to be submitted on or about Novemb r
17, 2010.
The foregoing Resolution 636-10 was read and passed, following a second public hearing, in
open and regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, on this 8th da
of November, 2010.
