A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, REVERSING INTEREST IN PROPERTY

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, entered into a
agreement November 4, 1982 with Angeles Park Communities, Ltd. Doing business a
Valleydale Estates Mobile Home Park, successor to Valleydale Estates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, in said agreement Valleydale Estates conveyed to the City f
Zephyrhills by special warranty deed certain property upon which two well stations_wer L
located; and
WHEREAS, in December 2010 the two well stations, also known as "Wells
and 8" were closed by the City of Zephyrhills; and
WHEREAS, said agreement provided when the City no longer is using the wat r
site, Valleydale Estates shall retain a revisionary interest in such property so that
ownership and all related rights to such property shall revert to Valleydale Estates; and
NOW BE IT-RESOLVED, this 14th day,of February, 2011, the City Council of th!
City of Zephyrhills directs the City Attorney to draft a quit claim deed and the Cit
Council President will execute the document to honor the agreement with Valleydal
Estates.
