A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY 'COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR A SCHEDULE OF FEES
FOR THE RENTAL OF HANGARS AND OTHER FEES CONNECTED
TO HANGAR RENTALS AT THE ZEPHYRHILLS MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida finds it necessary to
enact a Schedule of Fees for the hangar rentals at the Zephyrhills Municipal Airport; and
WHEREAS,the City Council finds it necessary to enact the fees to provide consistency
for all persons that rent hangars and the Zephyrhills Municipal Airport; and
WHEREAS,the Schedule of Fees are reasonably set for the area and for the actual costs
of performing the related administrative functions; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Zephyrhills Florida sets the schedule of fees for the rental of hangars and other related fees at the
Zephyrhills Municipal Airport as follows:
Full T-Hangar#3 $225.00 Monthly
Full T-Hangar(all other) $255.00 Monthly
Half Size T-Hangar#3 $112.50 Monthly
Half Size T-Hangar(all other) $127.50 Monthly
Shade Hangar $ 95.00 Monthly
Tie-down Grass Parking $ 25.00-Monthly
Tie-down Pavement Parking $ 35.00 Monthly
Aerocenter Parking $250.00 Monthly
Aerocenter Overnight Parking $ 50.00 Daily
Overnight Ramp/Grass Parking $ 6.00 Daily
Overnight Vehicle Parking $ 5.00 Daily
Trailer Parking .$ 25.00 Daily
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a 10% discount will be given when fees are paid o
a yearly basis in advance.
The effective date of this Resolution is April 1, 2012.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida sitting
