A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR A SCHEDULE OF FEES
FOR THE RENTAL OF HANGARS AND OTHER FEES CONNECTED
TO AVIATION AND NON AVIATION SERVICES. AT 'THE
ZEPHYRHILLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution#647-12 enacting fees for T-Hangar rental
and other services provided at Zephyrhills Municipal Airport; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida finds it'necessary to;enact a
Schedule of Fees for the Zephyrhills Municipal Airport which includes additional services and
some fee adjustments; and
WHEREAS,the fees are reasonably set for the mid-Florida region and for the actual costs of
performing the related administrative functions and services.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills
Florida sets the schedule of fees for the rental of hangars and other related fees at the Zephyrhill
Municipal Airport as follows:
AERONAUTICAL USE FEES
Full T-Hangar#3 $225.00 Monthly, Daily $35
Full T-Hangar(all other) $255.00 Monthly, Daily $35
Half Size T-Hangar#3 $112.50 Monthly
Half Size T-Hangar(all other) $127.50 Monthly
Shade Hangar $ 95.00 Monthly
Tie-down Grass Parking $ 35.00 Monthly, Daily $8
Tie-down Pavement Parking $ 40.00 Monthly, Daily $8
Aerocenter Hangar Parking $265.00 Monthly, Daily $60 (<41ft Wingspan)
Aerocenter Hangar Parking $290.00 Monthly, Daily $70 (>41ft Wingspan)
Paved Parking, Twin- Helo $ 45.00 Monthly, Daily $8
Turbo Prop or Jet Ramp Parking $ 50.00 Monthly, Daily $12
Large Aircraft Park(>12,5001bs) $125.00 Monthly, Daily $20 (add'l $60 mo. after 180 days)
Blimp Remote Area Parking $ 160.00 Daily, first four days, add'l $30 day after four
Non-Airworthy Aircraft Parking Six months written notification to owner, add'l $30
mo/acft removal by end of month 12.
Banner Tow-non based operator $100 Daily first 3 days,then$50 daily. Permit& Insuran e
Powered Parachute/trailered Acft $200 Annual Fee, Pilot Briefing by Staff,Airport Permit
Parachute use fee $ .10 Cents per parachute landing
Fuel Flowage Fee/Gallon $ .06 Cents, increase up to max of 1 cent year to .10 cents
Ground Power Unit $40.00 hr(or portion-hr), lhr free w/min 60 gals fuel sale
Ramp day use fee $25.00 for commercial operators if no fuel purchase
FBO Staff Call Back $75.00 min per first two hours, min per hour after first tw
Aeronautical land day use $75.00 per day per acre, may be waived - acft fuel sales o
City event co-sponsored. N/A Air Show events.
T-Hangar Keys/Locks $75.00 Lock replacement, $20 key replacement. Same da
key loan requires deposit.
Annual Advance Payments Credit Card Discount 7%, Cash Discount 10%, all refunds
by city check.
RELATED AIRPORT FEES
Parking vehicle, small trucks $ 35.00 Month min. (15 days pro-rate)
Trailers large trucks RV's $ 45.00 Month min. (15 days pro-rate)
Conference Room(small) $ 25.00 per 4 hr block, $50 deposit clean up
Airport Staff Safety Officer $ varies by employee, min two hrs @150% of OT hour rate
Non City/Non Aviation events $ 400 min day for up to two acres, add'l acres $100 min dad'
The effective date of this Resolution is October 1, 2013.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida sitting
in regular session this 26tl day of August, 2013.
