"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING AN APPLICATION FOR
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS; SUPERSEDING ANY
FEES PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE."
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills regulates various activities related to
health, safety and welfare,resulting in the provision of services by city departments; and
{ WHEREAS, the City Council imposes fees for provision of these services, generally, setting
rates at levels sufficient to fund the full cost of providing the services funded from such fees; an
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish rates for the review of applications for
Community Development Districts; and
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT APPLICATION REVIEW
FEES.
The fee for review of the petition filed with the City for proposed community
development districts of less than 1,000 acres shall be $7,000.00.
.0 SECTION 2. SEVERABILITY.
If any clause, section or provision of this Resolution shall be declared,unconstitutional o
invalid for any reason or cause,the remaining portion of said Resolution shall be in full force an
effect and be valid as is such invalid portion thereof had not been incorporated herein.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
