RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 618-09 TO
PROVIDE FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF CONSULTANT FEES, PLUS
ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS, PURSUANT TO THE ZEPHYRHILLS
LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, RELATING TO MATTERS OF ZONING
AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
WHEREAS, on June 22, 2009, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Flori
sitting in regular session, previously adopted Resolution No. 618-09 which established
schedule of fees relating to certain administrative functions of the City ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that certain additional changes are
necessary to the fee schedule set forth in Resolution No. 618-09 in order to adequately provide
for cost recovery; and
WHEREAS, the following changes are reasonably related to the actual costs f
performing the related administrative functions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhill ,
Florida in regular session duly assembled, that said Council hereby amends Resolution No. 61 -
09 as follows:
SECTION 1. Fee Required. A fee is required for all Traffic Studies, Drainage Reviews, an
Consultant Reviews in an amount equal to the work authorization plus ten percent (10 ' )
administrative cost. All fees shall be submitted to the appropriate department prior to any revie
or processing of an application.
SECTION 2. All other provisions of Resolution No. 618-09 shall remain unchanged.
SECTION 3. Any prior resolution or portion thereof establishing a rate schedule f r
administrative functions regarding the Land Development Code of the City of Zephyrhills that s
inconsistent with this Resolution is hereby repealed to the extent that it is inconsistent herewith.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall become effective when passed by the City Council an
signed by the Mayor.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhill ,
Florida sitting in regular session this 8th day of December, 2014.
