A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, REVISING RESOLUTION #687-14,
PROVIDING FOR ESTABLISHING AN AIRPORT LAND AND
BUILDING PER SQUARE FOOT RATE RANGE FOR LEASING OF
AERONAUTICAL LAND, AEROCENTER AND HANGAR 200 AT THE
ZEPHYRHILLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida finds it necessary to
enact a current Schedule of Land Rental rates for the leasing of Aeronautical Land and Building
rate for the Aerocenter and Hangar 200 at the Zephyrhills Municipal Airport; and
WHEREAS,the City Council finds it necessary to enact the rates to provide consistency
for all persons that lease land or designated large hangars at the Zephyrhills Municipal Airport;
and
WHEREAS,the Schedule of Rental Rates are reasonably set for the area and are
consistent with both FAA and FDOT Leasing policies and guidelines for airports ; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Zephyrhills Florida sets a Schedule of Rental Rates for Aeronautical Land, Aerocenter and
Hangar 200 for all future date leasing at the Zephyrhills Municipal Airport as follows:
AERONAUTICAL LAND RENTAL RATE RANGE
Aeronautical Land (Non - Paved) .09c psf/yr to .1 5c psf/yr
Aeronautical Land(Paved) (additional to "Land") .03 to .05cpsf/yr
AEROCENTER OFFICES AND HANGAR RATE RANGE
Blended Rate ( Offices and Hangar) $3 to $4.50 psf/yr (negotiated to maximum in lease)
HANGAR 200 RATE RANGE
Hangar Rate 3.35c to 3.50c psf/yr
The effective date of this Resolution is immediately on passage by City Council and
signing by the Mayor.
