AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 572;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the City's interest to manage,
a Lopt and maintain the City's Employee Policy and Procedure Manual by means of resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City o
Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
S CTION 1.
EREAS, Ordinance No. 572 is repealed in its entirety.
S CTION 2. Effective Date.
Ti's Ordinance shall become effective upon passage on the second reading and signing by the
ayor.
