AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY I COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION,
ADOPTING AN AMENDED BUDGET FOR THE 2007-2008 FISCAL
YEAR.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, adopted a budget for the 200 -
2008 fiscal year for the municipality of the City of Zephyrhills on September 24, 2007, by
ordinance No. 989=07 in the amount of Fifty Million Five Hundred Sixteen Thousand Eight
Iundred Sixty-One Dollars and no cents ($50,516.861.00), on May 12th, 2008, the City Counc�1 W �
f the City of Zephyrhills, adopted an amended budget in the amount of Fifty One Million, Five
undred Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Nine Dollars and no cents($51,500,929.00).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida has adopted further
amendments to the budget for the 2007-2008 fiscal year for the municipality of the City o N3
iephyrhills with the amended budget reflecting a transfer of funds in the amount of$109,758.0
iJrom the Special Revenue Fund to the General Fund, the total budget shall remain at Fifty One c 2
Million, Five Hundred Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Nine Dollars and no cents
$51,500,929.00).
n rHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida has concluded the Publi
earing-and considered all comments.
NOW,-THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City o
ephyrhills, Florida, sitting.in regular session that:
1. The proposed amended budget for 2007-2008 fiscal year for the municipality of
t e City of Zephyrhills is hereby adopted reflecting a transfer of funds in the amount of
109,758.00 from the Special Revenue Fund to the General Fund,the total budget shall remain a
