AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A BUDGET
FOR THE 2008-2009 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City offZephyrhills,Florida,adopted a tentative budget in the
ount of Forty-Two Million Two Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Eight-Seven Dollars
Ind no cents ($42,289,887.00).
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida has scheduled a Public Hearing
d timely advertised,according to law,a Public Hearing on the budget rate for the purpose of receiving
ifiut from the general public and the purpose of answering any and all questions prior to the adopti n of
any measure by this governing body pertaining thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City; of Zephyrhills, Florida has concluded the P blic
Hearing and considered all comments.
NOW THEREFOREBEIT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Fl'rida,
sitting in regular session that:
1. The proposed budget for the 2008-2009 fiscal year for the municipality of the C ty of
Zephyrhills is hereby adopted in the 1mount of Forty-Two Million Two Hundred ight-
Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollars and no cents ($42,289,887.0ô).
).
2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon passage on the second reading and sign4g by
