AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION, ADOPTING AN AMENDED BUDGET
FOR THE 2005-2006 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida,adopted a budget for the 2 05-
2? 06 fiscal year for the municipality of the City of Zephyrhills on September 26,2005,by Ordinance No.
9 6-05 in the amount of Forty-Four Million Eight Hundred Seventeen ThousandJourHundred_S-e tv

WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,r ioriaa nas adopted amendments td the

ai d no cents ($46,270,434.00).
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida has scheduled a Public Hea ing
ai d timely advertised,according to law,a Public Hearing on the budget for the purpose of receiving ii put
fr,m the general public and for the purpose of answering any and all questions prior to the adoptio of
measure by this governing body pertaining thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, has concluded the Pu lic
H aring and considered all comments.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrli lls,
Fl rida, sitting in regular session that:
1. The proposed amended budget for the 2005-2006 fiscal year for the municipality of the
City of Zephyrhills is hereby adopted in the amount of Forty-Six Million Two Hund ed
Seventy Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Four Dollars and no cents ($46,270,434.00
2. This Ordinance shall become effective,upon passage of the second reading and signin by
