ORDINANCE NO.: 962-06
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A BUDGET
FOR THE 2006-2007 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida,adopted a tentative budget ir the
ount of Fifty-Six Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand One Hundred Forty-One Dollars knd
n cents ($56,963,141.00).
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida has scheduled a Public flea ing
at d timely advertised,according to law,a Public Hearing on the budget rate forthe purpose-of recei ing
in ut from the general public and the purpose of answering any and all questions prior to the adoptio L of
arty measure by this governing body pertaining thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida has concluded the Pu lic
H aring and considered all comments.
NOW THEREFORE BELT ORDAINED byii the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Flor da,
si ing in regular session that:
1. The proposed budget for the 2006-2007 fiscal year for the municipality of the City of
Zephyrhills is hereby adopted in the amount of Fifty-Six Million Nine Hundred Sity-
Three Thousand One Hundred Forty-One Dollars and no cents ($56,963,141.00).
2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon passage on the second reading and signin by
the Mayor.
