AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL �mw
CORPORATION, ADOPTING AN AMENDED BUDGET
FOR THE 2004-2005 FISCAL YEAR.

WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida,adopted a budget for the 2004-
2?05 fiscal year for the municipality of the City of Zephyrhills on September 27,2004,by Ordinance No.
895-04 in the amount of Twenty-Nine Million Three Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred
Forty-One Dollars_and no cents ($29,337,941.00).
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida has adopted amendments to the
budget for the 2004-2005 fiscal year for the municipality of the City of Zephyrhills with the ame ded o 0
budget totaling Thirty-Three Million Nine Hundred Thi Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Eight Dol ars °D

WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida has scheduled a Public Hea ing

pI and timely advertised,according to law,a Public Hearing on the budget for the purpose of receiving iiDut n
from the general public and for the purpose of answering any and all questions prior to the adoptioii of c
z
any measure by this governing body pertaining thereto; and jt a
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, has concluded the Pu l lic
Hearing and considered all comments.
III NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the city of Zephyrhi ls,
Florida, sitting in regular session that:
1. The proposed amended budget for the 2004-2005 fiscal year for.the municipality of he
City of Zephyrhills is hereby adopted in the amount of Thirty-Three Million N ne
Hundred Thirty Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Eight Dollars and no ce is
($33,930,488.00)
2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon the second reading and signing by the Ma or.
The foregoing Ordinance No. 920-05 was read and passed on the first reading in an open and regular
meting of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, on this 9t day of May, 2005.
