AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA AMENDING THE PARK IMPACT
FEE ORDINANCE NO. 904-04 TO INCLUDE SPECIFIC PARK
IMPACT FEES FOR NEW DWELLINGS BY UNIT TYPES;
PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, REPEALER,
SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills adopted Ordinance No.: 904-04
providing for the creation and collection of impact fees for park facilities; and
HEREAS, the City Council would like to amend Ordinance No.: 904-04.to include specific
park impact fees for new dwellings by unit type; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No.: 904-04 has been codified as Sections 155.01 through 155.09 of
t e Zephyrhills Code of Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,
lorida as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 155.07 of the Zephyrhills Code of Ordinances, Creation of Park
Impact Assessment Formula, is hereby amended;to add and create a new Subsection (C) as
ollows:
DWELLING UNIT TYPE PARK IMPACT FEE PER UNIT
Single Family Home $769.56
Mobile Home $573.73
Multiple Family $663.06

SECTION 2. Codification. OR BK 6424
t is the intent of the City Council that the provisions of this Ordinance be included as Chapter
55, Section 155.07(C) of the Zephyrhills Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 3. Repealer.
All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby
epealed to the extent of the conflict.
SECTION 4. Severability.
In the event any section, paragraph, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this
Ordinance shall for any reason be held unconstitutional, invalid or ineffective, the same shall
not repeal, nullify or in any way affect any other section, paragraph, subsection, sentence,
clause or portion of this Ordinance, regardless of any other section, paragraph, subsection,
entence, clause or portion thereof.
'SECTION 5. Effective Date.
