AN ORDINANCE TO FORBID AND PUNISH ANY ACT WITHIN 1 :7
• THE CITY LIMITS OF ZEPAYRHILLS, FLORIDA, WHICH.
IS OR SHALL BE RECOGNIZED. BY. THE LAWS OF THE
STATE OF FLORIDA AS A.MISDEMEANOR.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Zephyrhills, Flo±ida:
SECTION 1:
g iJ It shall be unlawful to "commit within the limits of
the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, any act which is or shall be
recognized by the laws of the State of Florida as a misdemeanor;
and the commission of such act is hereby forbidden.
SECTION 2:
Whoever shall violate the provisions of, this ordinance
upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by the same penalty
as is therefore provided by the laws of the State of Florida,
but in no case -shall such penalty exceed a fine of Five Hundred
Dollars ( 500.00) or imprisonment of more than Ninety (90) days )
in the City Jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
The foregoing Ordinance No. U57) was read and passed
on its first reading by the City Council of Zephyrhills, Florida
on the �✓'`"' day of A. D. 1943.
