ORDINANCE NO, 4�
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
PROHIBITING ANY PERSON, PARTY, FIRM OR CORPORATION
TO DRIVE OR OPERATE OR ALLOW TO BE DRIVEN OR OPERA-
TED ANY RAILROAD OR RAILWAY ENGINE OR TRAIN AT A .
SPEED IN EXCESS OF MILES PER HOUR WITHIN THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA;
PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDI-
NANCE; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF OR-
DINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH
CONFLICT.
Be it ordained by the City Council of, the City of Zephyrhills,
Florida, as follows, to-wit:

It shall be unlawful for any person, party, firm or corpora-
tion to drive or operate or allow to be driven or operated any rai{1-

road or railway engine or train within the corporate limits of thei City
o Zephyrhills, Florida, at a speed in excess of XS miles per hour.

Any person,, party, firm or corporation violating the terms

ald conditions of: this Ordinance-•shall, upon trial and conviction �in
the Municipal Court of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, be punished
b a fine of no more than 2dollars or
_'f0 imprisonment or by both such fine and imprisonment.
That any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
w th be and they are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

If any part of this Ordinance shall by any court of competent
jurisdiction be held to be unconstitutional, such ruling shall not af-
fect the validity of the remainder of this Ordinance.

This Ordinance shall become effective from the time of
i s adoption by the City Council, and its approval by the Mayor
