AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS PROHIBIT-
ING THE USE OF BARBED WIRE ON OR AS A PART OF ANY
( FENCE 1jVITHIN THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA AND
PROVIDING PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE ,
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH
BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,
FLORIDA:
It shall be unlawful for any person, party, firm or
core ration to erect , use or maintain any barbed wire on any fence,
or a a part of any fence within the corporate limits of the City of
Zeph rhills , Florida.

I Any person, party, firm or corporation, upon the conviction
oft e violation of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be
punished by a fine not exceeding , or be irn-
priso ed not exceeding `' days , or ,by both such fine and imprisonment
at th discretion of the Municipal Judge of the City of Zephyrhills,
Flori a.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith ;
be an the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its becoming
a law
