AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,
FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF
THE DEFINITIONS OF THE WORDS AND TERMS
AS DEFINED BY CHAPTERS 561 AND 562,
FLORIDA STATUTES, 19.53 , WHEN SAID WORDS
ARE USED IN ORDINANCES WHICH LICENSE OR
RESTRICT THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,
FLR IDA.
Section 1. That the words and terms used in all
Ordinances of the City of Zephyrhills which license or re-
strict the sale of alcoholic beverages shall have the same
meaning as defined in and by Chapters 561 and 562, Florida
Statutes , 1953, titled "Liquors and Beverages" ; the material
contained in said Chapters will hereinafter be referred to
and called the 11Beverage Law" , and all qualifications , modi-
fications, restrictions , and limitations placed upon such
words and terms by the definitions in said Beverage Law shall
be applicable to such words and terms when used in said ordinances.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 3. If any part of this ordinance shall, by
any Court of competent jurisdiction, be held to be unconsti-
tutional, such ruling shall not effect the validity of the
remainder of this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
in the manner as provided by the City Charter of the City of
Zephyrhills, Florida.
