AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,
FLCRIDA, PROHIBITING THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES CONTAINING A SPECIFIED PER
CENTAGE OF ALCOHOL BY VOLUME, WITHIN
CERTAIN DEFINED BOUNDARIES, AND PROVIDING
THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, -FLORIDA.
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to
sell, offer for sale, serve, or dispense beverages containing
more than one per cent (1%) of alcohol by weight within the
corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, in any
place or establishment licensed by the State of Florida or
the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, for the sale of such beverages,
when such place or establishment is located within one hundred
(100) yards of an established church or school.
Section 2. Any person, on conviction of violation
of any of the provisions of Section 1 above, shall be punished
by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($I500.00) or
by imprisonment in the City Jail ' for not more than sixty (60)
days, or both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion
of the Municipal Judge of the said City of Zephyrhills, Florida.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 4. If any part of this ordinance shall, by
any Court of competent jurisdiction, be held to be unconsti-
tutional, such ruling shall not effect the validity of the
remainder of this ordinance.

Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective
in the manner as provided by the City Charter of the City of
Zephyrhills , Florida.
