FLORIDA, PROVIDING THAT NO QUESTION DE-
CIDED`BY THE COUNCIL SHALL BE BROUGHT

AND FURTHER PROVIDING THAT A MOTION TO
CONSIDER A VOTE SHALL NOT BE IN ORDER
EXCEPT AT' THE SAME OR SUCCEEDING ADJOURNED
MEETING TO THAT WHICH THE VOTE WAS TAKEN,
AND PROVIDING FURTHER THAT A VOTE ON A
QUESTION MAY BE CONSIDERED AT ANY TIME
BY A VOTE OF . /'5ths OF THE COUNCIL.
IBE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE' CITY OF
•ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA.
Section 1. No question decided by the Council shall
be again brought forward at any subsequent meeting except upon the
motion made by some member who voted with the majority. A motion
to reconsider a vote shall not' be in order except at the same or
succeeding adjourned meeting to that which the vote was taken,
provided, that a vote or question may be reconsidered at any ti e
by a vote of three-fifths (3/5ths) of the Council.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 3. . If any part' of this ordinance shall, by
any Court of competent jurisdiction, be held to be unconsti-
tutional,
such ruling shall not effect the validity of the
remainder of this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective in. t e
manner as provided by the City Charter of the City of Zephyrhills,
Florida.
