AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,
FLORIDA, MAKING IT UNLAWFUL FOR ANY MINOR �-
CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 16 YEARS TO BE
ON THE STREETS OF THE CITY U.' ZEPHYRHILLS
' BETWEEN SPECIFIED HOURS, AND PROVIDING
' THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ENACTEDfBY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,
FLORIDA.
Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for any minor
children under the age of sixteen (16) years to be on the
streets of Zephyrhills between the hours of Ten O 'clock in
the evening and four o 'clock in the morning unless accompanied
by parent, guardian, or other person not subject to the pro-
visions hereof, or have the written permission of their pa rent
or guardian.
Section 2. Any boy or girlunder. the age of sixteen
(16) years who violates the provisions of Section 1 above shall
be fined Five Dollars ($5.00) for each offense.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of. ordinances
in conflict • herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 4. If any part of this ordinance shall, by
any Court of competent jurisdiction, be held to- be unconstitu-
tional, such ruling shall not effect the validity of the
remainder of this ordinance.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective
in the manner as provided by the City Charter of the City of
Zephyrhills, Florida.
