�AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, 7 1
FLORIDA, PROHIBITING THE USE OF ELECTRICAL
APPLIANCES SO AS TO INTERFERE WITH NORMAL
RECEPTION OF TELEVISION AND RADIO BROAD-
CASTS IN THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS FLORIDA,
AND FR OVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION
THEREOF.
BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY THE, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA.
Section 1. It shall be unlawful and in violation
of this Section for any person, party, firm, or corporation
to operate any home or business electrical appliance or such
other appliance in such imperfect electrical condition as to
interfere with the normal reception of television and radio
• broadcasts in the City of Zephyrhills , Florida.
Section 2. That any person, party, firm or corpora-
tion violating the provisions of Section 1 above shall, upon
conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than
Fifty Dollars ($50.00) or by imprisonment for ten (10) days
or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the
Municipal Judge.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 4. If any part of this ordinance shall, by
any Court of competent jurisdiction, be held to be unconsti-
• tutional, such ruling shall not effect the validity of the
remainder of this ordinance.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective
in the manner as provided by the City Charter of the City of
Zephyrhills, Florida. ,
