AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS ,
FLORIDA, MAKING IT UNLAWFUL FOR ANY
PERSON TO LIVE IN A HOUSE TRAILER FOR MORE
I THAN THREE ('3) CONSECUTIVE DAYS, UNLESS
THE SAID HOUSE TRAILER IS PARKED IN AN
APPROVED PARKING GROUND, AND PROVIDING
THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA.
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to
live in or dwell for a period of more than three (3) days con®
secutively in any automobile trailer or house car on any lands
within the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida,
or in any place within the corporate limits of the City of
Zephyrhills , Florida, unless said trailer house or house car
shall be located or parked in some trailer camp or parking
ground which has been approved by the Sanitary Department of
the City of Zephyrhills , Florida.
Section 2. Living in such trailer car or house car
for a period of more than three (3) days consecutively when
said trailer car or house car is not located in a parking
ground approved by the Sanitary Department of the City of
Zephyrhills , Florida, shall constitute a separate offense for
each day after the expiration of the aforesaid three (3) days.
Section 3. Any person upon conviction of the violation
of any of the provisions of Section 1 and Section 2 above shall
be punished by a fine of not more than Ten Dollars ($10.00) ,
or by imprisonment in the City Jail for not more than ten (10)
days or by both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion
of the Municipal Judge of the said City of Zephyrhills, Florida

Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 5. If any part of this ordinance shall, by
any Court of competent jurisdiction, be held to be unconsti-
tutional, such ruling shall not effect the validity of the
remainder of this ordinance.
Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective
in the manner as provided by the City Charter of the City of
Zephyrhills , Florida.
