AN CR DINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS ,
/ (FLORIDA, MAKING IT UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PER-
'7 S SON PARTY FIRM OR CORPORATION TO ENGAGE
/ iIN A COMMERCIAL PLUMBING BUSINESS OR TO
IDO PLUMBING UNLESS A PERMIT IS SECURED FROM
THE CITY PLUMBING INSPECTOR, AND PROVIDING
PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA.
Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person,
party, firm or coiporation whether such person or entity be com-
merciall engaged in a plumbing business or doing plumbing on
premises owned by such person or entity for their or its use ,
shall be required to secure a permit for such work and the same
shall be subject to inspection and approval before being used
in compliance with the required standards.
Section 2. Any person, party, firm or corporation
violating any of the provisions of Section 1 above , shall be
determined guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof
shall be punished by a fine not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00) or be imprisoned for a period not to exceed sixty
(60) days, or both such fine and imprisonment in the discre-
tion of the Municipal Judge.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict :herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 4. If any part of this ordinance shall, by
any Court of competent jurisdiction, be held to be unconsti-
tutional, such ruling shall not effect the validity of the
remainder of this ordinance.

Section 5. This ordinance shall, becomeeffective
in the manner as provided' bythejCity Charter of the City of
Zephyrhills, Florida. "
