FLORIDA' ADOPTING THE 1953 FIRE PRE'VEN'TION
CODE AS RECOMMENDED BY THE NATIONAL
BOARD OF FIRE UNDERWRITERS. .
BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF_
Z1PHYRHILLS, FLORIDA. 7'/3�
Section to The "Fire Prevention Code"y Edition of
1953, as recommended by the National Board of Fire Underwriters
be and the same is hereby now adopted by the City of Zephyr-
hills, Florida, the same as if set forth in this ordinance
verbatim, and all measures and procedures for the prevention
and protection'af fire in the City of Zephyrhills, Florida,
shall be duly complied with in said City.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.

Section 3. If any part of this ordinance shall, by
any Court of competent jurisdiction, be held to be unconsti-
tutional, such ruling shall not effect the validity of the re-
malnder of this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
in the manner as provided by the City Charter of the City
of Zephyrhills, Florida.
