' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
D ' CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, MAKING IT
A� Y =03 UNLAWFUL TO ERECT A HEAD STONE, GRAVE
MARKER, OR MONUMENT OF ANY KIND IN OAK-
SIDE CEMETARY IN THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,
�_Z Z � FLORIDA, WITHOUT HAVING FIRST RECEIVED
A PERMIT SO TO DO, PROVIDING A FEE FOR
THE ISSUANCE OF THE PERMIT, AND PROVIDIIT
THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA.
Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person,
party, firm, company, or corporation to raise, erect, or con-
struct any head stone, grave marker, or monument of any kind
in the Oakside Cemetary in the City of Zephyrhills, Florida,
unless such person, party, firm, company,' or corporation shall
first receive a permit so to do from the Building Inspector of
the City of Zephyrhills,_ Florida.
Section 2. That the fee for the issuance of such
. permit shall be Two Dollars ($2.00) per head stone, grave marker,
or monument of any kind.
. Section 3. That any person, party, firm, company,
or corporation upon conviction of violation hereof shall be
fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500®00) or be im-
prisoned for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days , or both
such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal
Judge.
Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of
such conflict.
Section 5. If any part of this ordinance shall be
by any Court of competent jurisdiction, held to be unconsti-
tutional, such ruling shall not effect the validity of the
remainder of this ordinance.

Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective
in the manner as provided by the City Charter of the City of
Zephyrhills' Florida.
