AN ORDINANCE ALL O1, IN`G ANNUAL LEAVE TO ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDDA, AND DECLARING WHO ARE ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEESM AND
A1ID FIXING T-M PERIOD OF ANNUAL LEAVE FOR ELIGIBLE EI''IPLO ,DES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE 6ITY COUNCIL OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA;
section 1; Employees of Zephyrhills, Florida, who have been
employed continuously for one year, shall be allowed at the close
of each year of continuous employment a leave of absence of one
week with pay.
section 2; Eligibility, To be eligible for leave pay
hereunder an employee must have been continuously employed for
one year from and after July 1, 1954.
section 3; Period allowed as annual leave. Annual- leave of
eligible employees shall be allowed as annual leave one week,
with pay. To this period the City Clerk may add accumulated,
tLnused sick leave time not used bt such employee.
section 4; Annual leave herein provided shall be allowed
eligible employees at the close pf each year of continuous
employment.
section 5; The 6ity Clerk shall keep a record of all annual ,
leaves of absence hereunder, and shall report the same to the
City Council before preparing vouchers for payment for annual
leave hereunder.
section 6; This Ordinance shall become effective upon_
its becoming a. Law.
