Within 100 feet of the Center Line of
• Walter Gall: Boulevard, between South
,Avenue and Twelfth Avenue;
• Within 100 feet of the Center Line of
South Avenue;
said streets and territory herein defined lying and being within
the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida.
Section 2. - That paragraph two of said Ordinance No. 78
be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows:
That the location of such. businesses for the sale of
such alcoholic beverages shall be restricted to that part of
the City of Zephyrhills, Florida not embraced within the limits
{ of zone described in the amendment to Ordinance No. 78, said
amendment being Ordinance No. _ ; and no license shall be
granted or issued to conduct a place of business for the sale of

such alcoholic beverages within the said zone described in the
amendment to Ordinance No. 78.
Secction 3. All other provisions of said Ordinance
No. 78, not in conflict herewith, remain the same.

Section :.. If any part of this ordinance shall , by
