N ORDINANCE CLOS ING,VAQATING AND AB\TDONING A PORTION OF

EPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ZEDHYRHILLS, FLORIDA.
ection l.. That the North Fourty (40 ) feet of 14th. Avenue
etween 12th. Street and 13th. Street in Zephyrhills, Florida, be
e and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned, and
such portion of 14th. Avenue in Zephyrhills, Dilorida shall no
onger be open for use as a street or way of travel.
. ection 2. The provisions of this Ordinance shall not apply

- treet and 13th. Street, which portion of 14th. Avenue is expressly
