AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR-
HILLS, FLORIDA PROHIBITING ANY PER-
SON, PARTY, FIRM,, OR CORPORATION
FROM USING THE RUNWAYS AND TAXIWAYS ,
LOCATED ON THE ZEPHYRHILLS. MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN
THE LANDING, TAKING-OFF, AND MOVING
OF AIRPLANES AND SUCH OTHER -FUNC-
TIONS AS MAY BE DIRECTLY CONNECTED
WITH SUCH USE BY AIRCRAFT, AND FIX-
ING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION
THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR
HILLS, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section to That it shall be unlawful for any pers®n,
party, firm, or corporation to, use the runways and taxiways lo-
cated on the Zephyrhills Municipal Airport for any purpose what-
soever except for the landing, taking-off, and transportation of
aircraft,, and such other activities as are directly involved with
the use of such runways and taxiways by aircraft.
Section 2. That it shall be unlawful for any person,
party, firm, or corporation to use the runways and taxiways lo-
cated on the Zephyrhills Municipal Airport for the purpose of
operating automobiles, trucks, tractors, farm machinery, or ve-
hicle of any nature, type, or ;description ,other than aircraft or
such vehicles as are directly required for the maintenance or -
transportation of aircraft.
Section 3. Any person, party, firm, or corporation
violating the provisions of this ordinance, upon conviction
thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00,
or by imprisonment for not more than sixty days, or both such
fine and imprisonment as may, in the discretion of the Municipal
Judge, be imposed.
